Once a bubbly, up-and-coming jazz singer Jessie hides from the outside world in her flat, depressed and increasingly unable to face people. Her sister Sara comes to see how she is but only manages to create tension when she tries to ‘organise’ Jessie's life.

Longing for solitude Jessie crawls back to her bed and falls asleep. She is roused some time later by a noise – the sound of somebody, or bodies, shifting objects in the next room. Frozen with terror she is unable to move and so she hides, rigid, under the sheets.

Will she be able to confront them or will the monsters inside her head render her powerless?
